As a Neural Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP) I understand that NLP begins with the idea that by studying successful people, you can identify the patterns of their thoughts, behaviors, and language that contribute to their success. These patterns can then be modeled and replicated by others to achieve similar outcomes. 

So I began to observe myself in these situations both past and present. I observed my own process to identify what similarities overlapped. From my thoughts, patterns, habits, actions, environments, energy, people around me, circumstances happening –– I observed everything. I also began to study people I admired or aspired to be like. I discovered themes that occurred when I was in my manifesting power and themes when I wasn’t. But most importantly, I discovered that unbeknownst to me, I was actually creating and following my own framework. I discovered my strategy.
